Full insulation to new residential building standards in walls, ceiling and underfloor, therefore cabins need very little heating or cooling.

10 Amp overload & RCD power lead which plugs into a standard 3pin power point. Our power lead complies with NZ electrical standards and insurance requirement. Up to 20m long.
All this will be set up at time of delivery, with lead suspended (where possible) for safety.
Building insurance included so you have complete peace of mind, (Content Insurance is your care). Once plugged in, you can enjoy it immediately.
A no charge site inspection will be done prior to delivery, to check access and if there are any custom delivery requirements. After the inspection the Delivery will then be quoted so you are aware of the total cost.
Collection, applicable at the end of your rental period, is also charged at the time of your cabin delivery.
Being 10m2 or less often means that a council permit is not required. (This should be checked with your local council prior to confirming order)
NOTE: Large or custom Cabins will most likely need Council Consent.
