To pay the cabin off while you are using it, is done through an independent finance company. (The final interest rate offered will depend on your credit rating and assets along with meeting their criteria). To proceed towards finance simply let us know, and we will give you details on how to apply on-line OR organise the finance company to get in touch with you. They will want to see proof of income and employment over the past 6 months and assets you already own. Together you can work out a weekly repayment schedule that suits. The faster we get the information to the quicker the approval can be given. You can also arrange your own finance through your bank or local finance company. We begin the cabin build once your finance has been approved.
Upon delivery, we are required to provide photographs of the cabin in-situ to the finance company to complete their records.
10% holding deposit will reserve this cabin (we will hold the cabin for up to 4 weeks while you organise finance or collection)

This cabin floor area is larger than 10m2 and has a toilet and running water. You may need to have council consent to put this cabin on your property. Our cabins are permanently on wheels so they remain moveable, which can often make a difference with permits and consents.
This cabin will require 240 volt power supply, pressurised water (town supply or rural pump system), access to a sewer or septic tank, LPG cylinder/s, a flattened area where the cabin will be positioned, with suitable access.
Under the Rent-To-Own / Finance agreement the cabin will need to be fully insured specifying the Serial number of your cabin. This should be done through your own insurance company, as a “Caravan Cabin”, or a “Trailer Cabin” and Evidence of full cover insurance will be required prior to the cabin being delivered.

If we deliver the cabin for you, we insure the cabin up until it is on your site and we hand over the keys.
Delivery can be a limiting factor for any cabin purchase. We can quote the delivery for you, however things to check are the width of the gate, overhead wires and trees, and any obstructions leading to where the cabin needs to be placed. Ideally we like minimums of 3.6W x 3.6H. If there are any doubts about the suitability of your site, please discuss this with us. If a Hiab or Crane Charges is required, we can arrange for this to be quoted.
