We have Rent to own options on small, standard, large and custom sized cabin models (see below).
How it works
A Rent-to-own option means that on top of a low rental fee, there is an additional amount that pays off the principal each week. Once the cabin is paid for, the ownership transfers to you. Rent-to-own agreements are tailored to suit your circumstances. Terms can vary from 24 months to 60 months or more, depending on what suits you best. Full building Insurance is a requirement, which can either be built into the repayments or done directly by you.
A minimal deposit is required to confirm the agreement. Manufacture will take approx 8 weeks from receipt of deposit. Lead times are subject to confirmation at the time of ordering. If you have a specific deadline, please tell us and we will see if we can meet your deadline some way.
Built to order
Rent-to-own cabins are built and finished to your specific size, colour and specification (within the building systems we use). The interior finish can be wood veneer, or painted ply to almost any colour. Cabins can be ordered with or without carpet and curtains and single or double glazing. Once the size and specification is agreed we will give you a Rent-to-own price based on the length of the repayment period. To provide the most accurate price, it is best to have a brief, no obligation, phone conversation with you about your preferences.
Rent to own cabins can be built on wheels, like a large caravan, or on skids like our rental cabins. We deliver the cabin to your site, set it up so it is level, and connect the power lead. Your cabin will be ready to move into. The delivery is built into the price of the Rent to own contract, meaning there are no hidden costs. To assist us with this, we need to know your address and if there are any site access issues. If there is any doubt about the suitability of the cabin location, a free site inspection can be arranged before any contract is finalised to allay concerns.

Custom Cabins
Custom Cabins from 4.8L x 2.4W and larger are available for Rent to own clients by special order. Custom cabins can include an ensuite and kitchen facilities, and we have built them up to 3m wide and 12m long. We look forward to talking to you about what you need, and how we can meet your requirements.
Lead times will apply, and will be dependent on the complexity of your cabin specification.
Custom made
Custom cabins are made specifically to your requirements (within our building systems). This means the exterior will have coloursteel cladding on three sides and shadowclad on the other along with quality aluminium joinery. You however get to decide what colour the coloursteel will be, how many windows and doors, along with what colour the powdercoated finish will be.
You can work with our manufacturer to design the interior that best suit your needs and budget. It is all about getting the best result for YOU! The interior finish can be wood veneer, or painted to a colour of your choice. You can order your custom cabin with or without carpet, vinyl and curtains, and decide whether single or double glazed windows and doors suit you best.

Council Requirements
NOTE: Council consents may apply for cabins over 10m2 or with an ensuite or kitchen, so it pays to consult with your local council. (Consents are customer’s responsibility)
